a budget and here is how go to your applications open "numbers" then click "budget" add in all your monthly expenses. Including food gas etc
then it will show you what you have to spend every month then you have to decide what of that you want to save which should probably be somewhere around 200.00 a month. Thats what I was taught anyways...
